I hereby apply for a teaching position. I believe I have the instructional abilities, strong interpersonal skills and work ethic to be of benefit.

I am a qualified South African teacher and my language of instruction is English. I have sixteen years of experience.

My high school education afforded me the chance to discover and partake in creative, social and intellectual skills. In this regard, I chose teaching as a career and coupled with my leadership skills, I discovered teaching children as my personal interest. I am committed to implementing thorough- ongoing and quality education.

My belief is that it is my responsibility to establish a firm base for accelerated learning. I respect the dignity and rights of a child. I am punctual, enthusiastic, well prepared for my lessons and of a sober mind and body. I improve my knowledge and skills by attending developmental courses. I have maintained communication between teachers, learners and parents. I believe that communication is the key to success.

It is of utmost importance for me to communicate with parents especially on their child’s progress. I have made myself available to provide many extra-mural activities. I am passionate about inspiring children and not just being a good teacher.
